Peninsula Regional Medical Center seeks Director of Pastoral Care to direct and coordinate work of large contingent of Staff Chaplains, Volunteer Chaplains and Clinical Pastoral Education Interns. Will direct Clinical Pastoral Education program, which includes providing instruction and supervision of the Clinical Pastoral Education residents, interns and other student chaplains, while maintaining the Medical Center's accreditation as a Clinical Pastoral Education Center. Will also Chair the Patient Care Advisory committee, which reviews and provides advise for medical care and treatment involving patients with life-threatening conditions. Requirements:
Master of Divinity Degree from accredited Theological Seminary
Certification from Certifying body for Clinical Pastoral Education
Minimum of Eight Units CPE
Five years of Pastoral Care preferred
