Mt. Calvary is looking for a gifted individual, called by God to do music ministry. This position would be responsible for oversight and leadership of the music ministry of our church. The church has three full-time staff members and is currently constructing a multi-purpose auditorium (in addition to our existing sanctuary and gym) for drama and musical production.The Director of Music Ministry will require a person gifted in music, passionate about worship, and able to provide musical leadership to adults, teens, and children.
Key qualifications include:
* A vital and growing walk with Christ.
* Strong leadership skills, a fun personality, and a desire to build relationships with church members.
* Teaching and conducting experience, preferably a music degree - choral or instrumental.

This is the debut album by EXW friend Paul Langford. Paul is a Chicago based singer, arranger, keyboardist, producer and conductor. Paul has a career that spans 14 years. Paul's work includes arranging for groups like GLAD, Voices of Liberty, VoiceTrek, The Chicago based "Caroling Party" and Day of Discovery Singers. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
