Minister of Music and Worship ArtsThe McCord Road Christian Church in Sylvania, Ohio is seeking a Minister of Music and Worship Arts.
Key responsibilities will be to serve as developer, coach and administrator of the music and other worship arts components for all three worship services. This includes bands, music and drama teams, special music and planning. Candidate must be skilled and experienced as a musician and as a worship leader. Must also have the gifts and passion for developing and coaching others, as well as strong administrative ability along with high sensitivity toward the moving of the Holy Spirit during worship services.
This is a 20 hour/week part-time position.
This suburban church is located in the thriving community of Sylvania in northwest Ohio and has experienced steady growth over the past several years. Over 500 attend on average each Sunday. A recently completed $3,000,000 addition along with projected expansion of our sanctuary signals continued growth for the future. The congregation has a strong emphasis and investment in children and youth ministries and highly active adult ministries. A stable leadership and a friendly, Christ-centered culture provide a great place for both newcomers and mature believers to explore their faith and grow in their relationship with God.

This is the debut album by EXW friend Paul Langford. Paul is a Chicago based singer, arranger, keyboardist, producer and conductor. Paul has a career that spans 14 years. Paul's work includes arranging for groups like GLAD, Voices of Liberty, VoiceTrek, The Chicago based "Caroling Party" and Day of Discovery Singers. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
