Job Description:
To administrate and lead through direct and delegated efforts our music and worship experiences characterized by excellence and passion. This will include all regularly scheduled services, retreats and off site gatherings, as well as special concerts utilizing our facilities. The qualified applicant will have several years experience leading a worship team and demonstrate proficiency in vocal and instrumental music abilities. Additional skills preferred would be one or more of the following: All computer functions supporting music worship, sound, video editing, drama directing, Bible teaching, discipleship, pastoring of team members. This person works closely with the Senior Pastor to plan and provide weekend worship experiences as well as other music, worship, dramatic presentations for church and community.
Church at Carbondale was founded in 1990 in a small mountain town near Aspen and is a fun place to get serious with God where people are building a life transforming relationship with Jesus Christ.

Paul's work includes arranging for groups like GLAD, Voices of Liberty, VoiceTrek, The Chicago based "Caroling Party" and Day of Discovery Singers. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
