Job Description:
We are a group of churches, baptistic in government, holding to biblical inerrancy as it was originally given. We are conservative in theology, but provide great freedom in methodology. Being Gospel centered and missional focused is the aim of every church. We are a group of churches that have a passion to see a multiplication movement of church producing churches. We walk with the church planter supporting their vision and dream, while holding them accountable for action to accomplish their vision.
Converge Heartland includes four states, ND, SD, NE and KS. There is a diversity of needs from small, rural farming/ranching communities to large city life, as in the Kansas City area. The I-29 corridor has a number of communities that are growing rapidly in population, but declining in the number of churches. Approximately 75% of the people are not in a church on any given Sunday. We want to see that changed.

Paul's work includes arranging for groups like GLAD, Voices of Liberty, VoiceTrek, The Chicago based "Caroling Party" and Day of Discovery Singers. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
