Job Description:
UndergroundZone Ministries is seeking an administrative support professional who is highly organized, energetic, possesses strong interpersonal skills, has the ability to take initiative, is self-directed, and requires limited supervision. This position requires a minimum three years experience as an executive assistant. The ability to anticipate the needs of the Executive Director, possess a proactive attitude and provide exceptional follow-through is essential.
The ideal candidate will be attentive to details, will be efficient with administrative tasks, and will be comfortable handling a variety of activities. A college degree is preferred.
