Pastor/Minister of Youth and Young Adult Ministries
Fox Point Lutheran is an innovative dynamic congregation of 1900 members located in a north suburb of Milwaukee, WI. We are a church that is constantly finding new ways and powerful ways to connect people to the power of God's love. We are looking for an ordained or lay minister to move our ministry to Youth and Young Adults to a new level. The candidate must be spiritually mature and have a PASSION for and understanding of youth and young adults, 7th grade through age 30. We are looking for someone who thinks outside the box and who is committed to helping our youth and young adults not just know about God but also to know God. We are looking for an innovator, a self starter, excellent communicator, inspiring teacher and someone who is comfortable swimming in youth and young adult culture. They must live within the Lutheran theological tradition while always pushing to expand the understanding of that tradition. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
