The Qualified Applicant:
Is a committed Christian, having dedicated his/her life to Jesus Christ.
Agrees with the Evangelical Covenant doctrine (www.covchurch.org)
Is able to work cooperatively with other staff members and the Worship and Arts Commission.
Possesses the musical ability to accomplish responsibilities of the position.
Is able to work with a variety of ages and musical styles/talents.
Responsibilities:
Organize, develop and direct worship teams (vocalist and instrumentalist) for the purpose of Sunday worship and occasional special services.
Lead weekly worship team practice to prepare for congregational singing Sunday mornings.
Communicate with the Pastor and church staff to plan the music and worship services.
Prepare power-point presentation for Sunday service.
Lead congregational singing during Sunday morning worship services and the occasional special service.
Be an active participant in the life of Milwaukie Covenant Church.
Be an active member of the Worship and Arts Commission.
Compensation shall be $600 per month and require approximately 10 hours per week.

His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
