Proactive multi-tasker Desired Experience and Background 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in church leadership or financial management is expected. 2. A bachelor’s degree would be preferred. Principal Duties: 1. (40%) Equip and mobilize the ministry leaders of the various internal ministries of FFC. 2. (15%) Help create and communicate effectively the vision of these ministries, as well as church-wide events, to the congregation. 3. (40%) Oversee the church finances, provide periodic reports requested by the elder’s, and coordinate and report on progress of new church facility. 4.
