Job Description:
Red Lion Evangelical Free Church is a vibrant contemporary community church of 400+ located forty minutes south of Philadelphia, fifteen minutes south of Wilmington, in Bear, Delaware. We are searching for a Worship and Creative Arts Director. The successful candidate will be a qualified musician with a sound biblical foundation. This person will serve as the primary worship leader for services, lead all areas of the creative arts ministry including audio/visual technology, and coach and develop team members towards positions of leadership. We are looking for strong leadership, organization and team building skills and an excellent relevant communicator. Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience in ministry and worship leading.
