These communities will include Life/Care/Growth groups, interest groups, ministry groups, study groups, service groups, etc. * recruiting, training and coaching leaders * overseeing the process of helping people move from being disconnected to being connected by --envisioning and implementing new strategies --utilizing a tracking system to improve the process. 2.
