Job Description:

This position oversees and manages the workflow of video projects under development by the Video Creation Team, ensuring the highest quality and matching needs of the project with talents/abilities of the video production staff. Responsibilities include hands-on creation of video, developing/equipping a talented team of video specialists, managing video production budget and working with various ministries along with members of the Communications and Executive staff to facilitate creative collaboration and effectiveness. Qualified candidates must have proficiency in non-linear editing software, such as Final Cut Suite and the ability to use advanced functions in Adobe Creative Suite; significant experience with various filming techniques, formats and locations; ability to produce from concept to completion and experience effectively managing multiple direct reports. Candidates are asked to provide examples of prior video projects, graphic design work, and, if available, writing samples. Online portfolios preferred.
