Job Description:
The primary purpose of this position is: •Disciple people through the art of music •Responsible for charting and arranging music for Midweek and Weekend Services. Occasionally other rehearsals and special services and projects are required.
The key responsibilities are: •Assist and execute musical ideas from Worship Pastor and team •Create arrange and provide musical support to bands by way of charts and CD’s •Prepare and organize Band calendar and rehearsals

Skills, experience and education necessary for position: *Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, (particular emphasis on Outlook, Excel and Word) *Ability to learn EMS, Shelby and other software programs *Excellent time management & multi-tasking, filing and organizational skills; Typing level speed better than 40 wpm; Excellent writing and communication skills (including creative writing, verbal and phone skills) *Ability to handle confidential material *Must know and be able to express the EH values, be able to minister and lead Passionate Hearted Disciples (PHDs) Able to Direct band with instrument and voice Creating Band Charts, Leading a Band and singing worship music High School Diploma or equivalent

This is the debut album by EXW friend Paul Langford. Paul is a Chicago based singer, arranger, keyboardist, producer and conductor. Paul has a career that spans 14 years. Paul's work includes arranging for groups like GLAD, Voices of Liberty, VoiceTrek, The Chicago based "Caroling Party" and Day of Discovery Singers. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
