Job Description:
Discovery Bible Fellowship is a contemporary, thriving church in a suburb just north of Tulsa. We are searching for a dynamic individual to join our staff as the full time Director of Children’s Ministries. Candidates must have proven leadership and administrative skills and at least 2 years of full time experience in children’s ministry. The Director will be responsible for enlisting, equipping and leading teams of adults in transforming the next generation of kids through Christ. We are looking for a long term team member who will utilize our existing strengths and continue to build a dynamic, cutting-edge Children's ministry that will impact the region around us. The scope of the Children’s director covers all ministries related to Children from birth – sixth Grade.
We are looking for someone who has a passionate, growing relationship with Christ, and has a clear call to Children’s ministry. We desire someone who is energetic, self-motivated, creative, has strong relational skills with both adults and kids, administrative, team player and can handle multiple areas of ministry. We have a "team style" staff with 7 full time members.
