Job Description:
Alive and growing mainstream contemporary Pentecostal church in a great community is looking for an Associate Pastor of Worship and Creative Arts to help us change the world. This position is for a motivated, servant – hearted, team player who possesses strong music ministry, with the ability to lead from an instrument, organizational and people skills. You would provide leadership and oversight to all aspects of music, drama, arts and media ministries with direct application for discipling the people we have and for reaching the people we don’t. Must have knowledge of lighting, sound and computer systems to enhance the worship experience – or be hungry to learn. We are looking for a long-term position partnering with someone to grow with us.
Degree preferred but we are willing to consider teachable candidates with some experience. Must be or be able to be credentialed by the Assemblies of God.
