Located in the heart of the Fraser Valley, Northview is a dynamic church with approximately 2,100 attending the three contemporary weekly worship services. We are currently looking to fill the following position to complement the existing pastoral staff of ten:
Northview Community Church is looking for an Executive Pastor (reporting to the Lead Pastor) to be part of our two person senior leadership team that will be instrumental in mapping and implementing our vision. The Pastor called to this position will need the spiritual maturity, significant experience, and spiritual giftedness to provide leadership to Northview. It would be preferred for a candidate to have a graduate degree in ministry, have experience in pastoral ministry, church administration and the areas of strategic planning and implementation, and possess skills in personnel management and team development. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
