Job Description:
Crestview Presbyterian – a 700 member PCUSA church located in West Chester Ohio, just north of Cincinnati, is looking for a full-time Youth Director to help bring to life our mission of being “a community of faith that seeks and welcomes all to share in the transforming love of God” by building a high-energy youth ministry. We want someone who: Has strong Christian values and knowledge of scripture; will lead spiritual growth in youth in grades 7 through 12; can reach out to the community; wants to lead youth in worship, fellowship, and learning through small groups, weekly gatherings and summer trips – using personal musical talents to do this would be a plus.
To do this, we are looking for a brave soul to: Coach youth, adults and lay leadership to develop a team of youth leaders within the Church to share workload and accelerate spiritual growth in our community; work well with 8 full-time and 3 part-time staff; use excellent communication with staff, parents and youth to ensure a collaborative and cohesive approach to youth ministry.
