Principle Objective
Under direction of the Lead Pastor this person oversees all elements of the 9:15am worship gathering to ensure effective communication of the theme of the specific gathering throughout the service.Principle Working Relationships
Led by: Lead Pastor
Leads: Organist, Tech & Admin Support, Choir, various coordinators (instrumentalists, special music, ushers, etc.)
Partners with: Other ministry leadership at PCC, outside artists and stakeholders.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and implement all aspects of the 9:15am worship gathering with the Worship Planning Team (Wednesday a.m. meeting) and other necessary coordinators (Tech, Admin, Special Music, Instrumentalists, Communion, etc.)
Provide leadership for choir rehearsals (mid-week & Sunday)
Provide for and/or serve as the lead worshiper for the 9:15am Worship Gathering.
Coordinate Worship Ministries with other PCC ministry leaders as necessary.

This is the debut album by EXW friend Paul Langford. Paul is a Chicago based singer, arranger, keyboardist, producer and conductor. Paul has a career that spans 14 years. Paul's work includes arranging for groups like GLAD, Voices of Liberty, VoiceTrek, The Chicago based "Caroling Party" and Day of Discovery Singers. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
