First Baptist Church of Elgin, IL, a growing, contemporary church, is seeking a full-time Worship Pastor to lead us in God-centered, authentic worship. We are looking for a passionate leader with a shepherd’s heart, strong musical ability and excellent teambuilding and relational skills to oversee and develop our worship and music ministries.

Paul's work includes arranging for groups like GLAD, Voices of Liberty, VoiceTrek, The Chicago based "Caroling Party" and Day of Discovery Singers. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
