Position: Worship/Creative Arts Pastor
Location: Richmond, VA
"Large contemporary high impact multi-site church is seeking a
Worship/Creative Arts Pastor."
Richmond Community Church has been a growing church from day one and
continues to grow, with campuses in Glen Allen, VA, Midlothian, VA, on
the Internet, and more to come. We are seeking a Worship/Creative Arts
Pastor with a passion for the arts and a heart for the un-churched.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing music, drama and technology/media teams
- Leading, Creating, and Coordinating dynamic services
- Working with Senior Pastor and Creative Team on service planning
- Strategic planning for future campuses
Required Experience/Skills:
- Mature spiritual foundation in Christ
- Passion for music and worship
- Team player (supportive of Senior Pastor, staff, and church vision)
- Must have a strong work ethic and a passion for growth and strategic planning
- Excellent people / social skills
- Experience in leading, growing, and developing teams
- Must be well organized
- Self motivated / enthusiastic
