Partner Service Representative I (Telephone Ministry)
The 700 Club Prayer Counseling Center - Nashville, TN

The Christian Broadcasting Network is one of the world’s largest television ministries. Chief among its ministry initiatives is The 700 Club, a television program featuring Pat Robertson with an average daily audience of more than 1,000,000 viewers. The program generates nearly three million calls for prayer each year. In order to better answer these calls, CBN founded a Prayer Counseling Center in Nashville, TN. This center currently employs 150 people who handle over 25,000 calls each week.

The 700 Club Prayer Counseling Center in Nashville, TN is seeking Partner Service Representatives to respond to telephone requests for prayer using accepted biblical doctrine as a basis for prayer. This is a regular, part-time position, with opportunities to advance to full-time positions as they become available on the evening shift.

Qualifications:
• Knowledge of the Bible
• Pleasant, professional telephone manner
• Previous computer skills preferred
• Typing 20 WPM
• Strong reading and comprehension skills
• Ability to encourage financial support for CBN
• Ability to work some weekends

Spanish/English bilingual counselors are also needed. Added pay differential for bilingual counselors.
