Currently, the position includes creating and overseeing the children and family ministry programs, including the nursery program and family ministry events. Applicant should have a committed faith in Jesus Christ and an understanding of the Lutheran Confessions. This person should be experienced and comfortable with recruiting, organizing and educating volunteers for this ministry’s programs Desired background includes Bachelors degree or higher and previous parish ministry experience.
