Job description: To work directly with the Senior Pastor and worship team to provide compelling worship services. The Worship Leader will oversee music and lead in the Sunday morning services, weekly rehearsals, and other special services throughout the year. The applicant must have a strong personal relationship with Christ and have a deep passion for worship. The individual should also be an accomplished musician and vocalist and be able to teach parts to vocalists and work with musicians to improve their individual skills. The individual must also be able to provide team leadership as well as spiritual mentoring to the worship ministry team and establish a spiritual vitality in every aspect of worship ministry.
