Job Description:
Calvary is a progressive Assemblies of God church located in Winter Haven, FL. We are seeking a worship pastor with a heart for reaching the church and un-churched through outreach, music, worship, and creative approaches. This is a great opportunity to build a dynamic music ministry in a growing area.
This position is full time.
Musical Style(s): Hillsongs, Chris Tomlin, Lakewood, etc.
Personal Proficiencies Required:
- Proficient in leading from Keyboard or Guitar.
- Strong vocal / worship leading ability
Expectations include:
- Mature devotional and spiritual foundation in Christ
- Passion for music and worship
- Team player (supportive of Pastor, staff, and church vision)
- Excellent people / social skills
- Self motivated / enthusiastic
- Lead all aspects of church music and audio / visual team
- Provide effective leadership to band and vocals
