PASTOR OF YOUTH
Barcroft Bible Church, located in Fairfax, Virginia, is a Christ-centered, elder-led, non-denominational body of believers with 200-300 in regular attendance. We are characterized by expository preaching, a strong missions emphasis, small groups, and a growing commitment to worship, fellowship, discipleship, missions and ministry. We are currently seeking a Pastor of Youth. This full-time pastor will serve as a member of our pastoral staff under the oversight of the elders. We seek a man who, first and foremost, has a passion for God and then a clear call and desire to minister to young people in concert with their families. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
