Responsibilities:
(1) To lead the ministry to young adults and college students, promoting Christ-likeness in their relationships with God, with one another, with the church, and with the world;
(2) To assist with English ministry overall, by leading either evangelism ministry or worship ministry;
(3) To assist with general pastoral duties, including preaching, ordinances, weddings and funerals, counseling, and administration.
Qualifications
·familiar with 2nd generation Asian-American personal, family, and spiritual needs
·sound moral and spiritual character
·a stable and mature Christian, with sound personal, marital, and family life (if married)
·outward-focused, engaging newcomers and the unchurched
·prior relevant parachurch or church experience (minimum 2 years full-time, or equivalent)
·competent in the interpretation, exposition, and application of Scripture
·seminary graduate, M.Div. or equivalent preferred
·in agreement with the early Christian creeds, historic evangelicalism, and the doctrinal statement of CBCGB

Paul's work includes arranging for groups like GLAD, Voices of Liberty, VoiceTrek, The Chicago based "Caroling Party" and Day of Discovery Singers. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
