The candidate should also be a team player and able to function as an integral part of a multi-staff ministry leadership team. Must have the skills and flexibility to lead both traditional and contemporary worship services. In addition to great worship and people skills, candidates should also have a strong understanding of Worship Arts and the electronic technologies used in preparing and presenting worship services.
