Job Description:
Crown of Life of Southaven, MS is a Full Gospel Spirit-Filled Church. We are seeking a Spirit-Filled Youth Pastor and family to help spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This individual will oversee and develop a youth ministry for ages 12 to 20 that reaches the youth in our community, leads them into a relationship with Jesus Christ and encourages and exemplifies a closer and deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. The Youth Pastor must also provide outside activities for the youth.
The Youth Pastor must have the ability and heart felt desire to love, nurture and minister to young people for Christ. In addition to the ability to develop meaningful relationships with youth, we are looking for an individual who shows teamwork, initiative, and organizational skills. The individual must be able to manage their time effectively and possess excellent communication skills. The individual must have the ability to effectively minister to the parents of teenagers, serving as a resource to aid them as they seek to raise godly children. It is very important that our Youth Pastor and his family be able to maintain a godly character and be in agreement with the teachings outlined in the Bible.
