Job Description:
Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church is an evangelical independent Bible church with cultural Lutheran roots and a blended worship style. We are located at the base of the Bighorn Mountains in central Wyoming. We are 2 hours away from Yellowstone National Park, and 3 hours away from the cities of Billings, MT and Casper, WY. We are a dynamic multi-generational congregation of 300 members with a passion for missions and youth, and a commitment to growing together as followers of Christ. Our mission is to glorify God in love, worship, and obedience, by proclaiming the Gospel, discipling and equipping the saints, and taking His Word to the ends of the earth.
We are seeking an adventurous and energetic individual with a passion to encourage, equip and mentor young people in middle school and high school to become fully devoted followers of Christ Jesus. The qualified candidate will also have a musical background and be responsible for developing the music ministry in the youth group as well as some involvement in the praise and worship portion of the Sunday morning worship service. This is a full-time ministry position.
