Director of Outreach & Campus Ministry
Reports to Senior Pastor.
Responsible for campus outreach and developing the college campus ministry at the University of Maryland, College Park.
Must have 3-5 years proven campus ministry and small group experience. The candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal/pastoral counseling/conflict management skills. Experience in running, training, managing small groups and in multiplying them. Must be able to work interdependently with diverse team and able to manage many tasks simultaneously. Faithfulness, humilty and teachability are a must. Administrative skills would be a plus. A seminary degree is not required.
Compensation is dependent upon experience and is comprised of approximately 50% support raising and 50% subsidy from the church. Full medial (PPO), dental, 401k (matching up to 5%), minimum 2 weeks vacation plus holidays is included in the benefit package.

MCF is a growing ministry near the University of Maryland, bordering the DC metropolitan area. MCF is a missional Christ-centered community and is a safe place where individuals can explore their faith. Currently, MCF has approximately 85 college students, 25 working singles and 13 couples. Our expanding ministry is looking for ministry leaders with a passion to help others grow in their faith.

His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
