Job Description:
New Beginnings is an exciting, growing, multi-cultural church in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. We are seeking an experienced leader who believes that worship is not a performance but an encounter with a holy God. Our church is on the threshold of a powerful move of God's Spirit, and we believe that worship will serve a vital role in propelling us into genuine revival.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced leader who possesses the ability to utilize a blend of musical styles, including contemporary, gospel, and hymns. We are currently singing 90% contemporary, but desire to move toward a mixture of approximately 65% contemporary, 25% gospel, and 10% hymns/other.
This ministry opportunity receives part time pay at this time, but should move to full time in the near future. New Beginnings is a growing church, and full time pay will depend on the continued growth of the church and the ministry gifting of the applicant.

This is the debut album by EXW friend Paul Langford. Paul is a Chicago based singer, arranger, keyboardist, producer and conductor. Paul has a career that spans 14 years. Paul's work includes arranging for groups like GLAD, Voices of Liberty, VoiceTrek, The Chicago based "Caroling Party" and Day of Discovery Singers. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
