Job Description:
Princeton Presbyterian Church is seeking an experienced Youth Pastor/Director for our grades 5-12 ministry. We are a welcoming church that follows the Great Commission to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with our community. Our credo of Building Up...Reaching Out is demonstrated in all of our ministries. Located in the Princeton, NJ area, the church recently celebrated its 25th anniversary. Through God’s faithfulness and providence, PPC is growing. We are presently undergoing facility expansion. If you have a passion to see Middle School and Senior High students become fully devoted followers of Christ, and desire to lead this ministry to a new level, then, we want to hear from you! The Youth Pastor/Director should be a mature person grounded in reformed theology who connects well with teens, their parents, volunteers and staff. An advanced degree (e.g. M. Div., Christian Education) is required. Five or more years of full time youth ministry experience is preferred. The Youth Pastor/Director oversees all aspects of the youth group including teaching the larger group, directing small groups, ministry teams, mission trips, retreats, outreach and activities. Nurturing rising “tweens” and leadership of summer Bible School is also included. Help fulfill the vision of discipleship at PPC!
