This Associate Pastor will worship and glorify God and administer to the faith needs of our congregation and community. Responsibilities shall include developing, implementing, guiding and evaluating a ministry for youth, young adults and families. This position includes participation in and development of an active mission and evangelism ministry.
Job Duties:
· Develop, implement, coordinate and oversee Youth Ministries and Programs
· Create and lead Young Adult Ministries
· Minister to Families
· Participate in Mission and Evangelism
· Perform Associate Pastor Work
· Attend and be involved in weekly staff meetings and other meetings as needed
· Conduct other duties as assigned by Head of Staff

· Candidate should be an ordained minister in Presbyterian Church (USA).
· Candidate exhibits a vibrant faith that draws others to know Christ as Savior and Lord and by growing active disciples for Christ.
· Candidate seeks to minister to the whole family.
· Candidate believes in an involving, reforming faith that is visibly filled with the grace and love of the Holy Spirit.
· Candidate can demonstrate ability to recognize and develop leadership potential.
· Candidate has conceptual skills and can develop an idea into an active ministry.
