Job Description:
The First United Methodist Church of Whitesboro, Texas, is seeking to fill the position of Director of Youth Ministries (grades 6-12). Whitesboro is located in western Grayson County along the Texas/Oklahoma border. It is a growing community with a small town lifestyle, 75 miles north of the Dallas/Ft Worth metroplex. This position does not require a seminary/ministerial degree.
Basic job description includes: Develop new & direct/expand existing programs & ministries of Middle & High school youth members. Build a solid spiritual foundation & develop resources to enhance future spirtual growth of youth. Build mentor/personal relationships with youth to encourage positive role model relationship. Attend a reasonable amount of various extracurricular activities, i.e.,sports, band, etc., that youth are participating in.

Paul's work includes arranging for groups like GLAD, Voices of Liberty, VoiceTrek, The Chicago based "Caroling Party" and Day of Discovery Singers. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
