Job Description:
Christ Unveiled Ministries is a Spirit-filled, non-denominational church of about 200 active members, which is in need of an Assistant Pastor to continue to build our ministry team. Our facilities are less than 4 years old and our sound equipment and technology is state of the art. We do not require a degree however some pastoral experience is mandatory. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills and be well verse in traditional theological Christian doctrine. The thrust of our ministry is the preaching of the message of Jesus Christ and Him crucified. The successful candidate will come on board for a 90 days probationary period during which time a base salary of 12K annually will be paid. During the probationary period we will develop a marketing plan to quickly bring a new worship service online, which will provide a salary of 35-45K, however this candidate may need to be bi-vocational for a short period of time. After the probation period the Assistant Pastor will preach at least one weekly sermon and will be the responsible person regarding the newly developed service and congregation.
