Job Description:
Search Reopened. Community Congregational Church is located in Naples, Florida. We are seeking an experienced Christian Education Director to lead our Children’s and Youth Ministry. This is a tremendous opportunity to shape the future of this ministry. It involves overseeing Sunday School for 2 services, developing a Wednesday Night program as part of our wider Wednesday night educational activities, leading our Youth Group (Jr. and Sr. High), and developing an after school program. The CE Director must have a love for people, be able to recruit and organize volunteers, creatively integrate these ministries into the life of the church, and desire continued professional growth. This person must also be able to work in a strong team environment and play an active role in all worship and program planning. We are a Purpose Driven and Evangelical church. Ordination preferred and 5 years teaching experience is required.
