Oak Street Baptist Church is a Southern Baptist congregation of about 450 members in the North Central Texas city of Graham, Texas. Our purpose, individually and corporately, is to glorify God by enjoying Him forever through a relationship characterized by love, obedience, and faith. We desire to know Him intimately and make Him known to the world. Our goals are to fulfill the Great Commandments-to love God and people, and the Great Commission-to make disciples of all nations,
We are seeking to fill the position for a full-time Worship/Music Minister who is a spiritually mature believer who is passionate about developing and leading persons of all ages in praise and worship. He must be a gifted musician who has some form of musical training (degree or background), proficient with vocal and instrumental music. He must be willing to serve under the direction of the pastor and work cooperatively with others in leadership positions at OSBC. Our praise and worship is contemporary, occasionally seasoned with traditional worship songs and hymns. Our Praise and Worship Team consists of several talented vocalists and instrumentalists. Instruments include keyboards, piano, drums, bass guitar, electric guitar, percussion and acoustic guitars. They lead two morning services each Sunday and lead quarterly Nights of Worship. We presently have several graded children's choirs and a developing youth praise band. Salary is commensurate with experience, $37-42,000 yearly.

Paul's work includes arranging for groups like GLAD, Voices of Liberty, VoiceTrek, The Chicago based "Caroling Party" and Day of Discovery Singers. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
