Job Description:

We’re a 700 plus and growing, purpose driven, Presbyterian Church in southern California interested in hiring a full-time Director of Music and Worship Ministries. We are seeking a person who possesses a strong reliance on God and who has the ability to worship our Lord in sacrifice with humility; a servant who understands the heart of personal and corporate worship in a contemporary style. Someone who is a gifted musician, proven leader, manager, administrator, and teacher with a passion for creating and sustaining a contagious worship experience that draws people to Christ.
Our church has been blessed with the opportunity to expand our facilities. As we begin this expansion process, we are also excited about how God will continue to bless our community of faith by providing us with a gifted worship leader to sustain and increase our effective outreach to our community and our congregation. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
