Job Description:
candidate must have strong leadership and organizational skills and be a people-oriented team builder.must have a working knowledge of creative arts(drama, video) as well as technical aspects related to the worship ministry (sound, lighting, video editing, worship software, and media). the candidate must have a strong singing ability, be very proficient in either guitar or keyboard, and have a relaxed, natural stage presence. in addition, this individual should be able to recruit and develop others to lead and contribute to the worship process. above all, they should be gifted leading the congregation into God's presence through worship.
