Job Description:
Londonderry Presbyterian Church (LPC) in Londonderry, New Hampshire seeks an experienced interim pastor to lead our 500+ congregation in southern NH only 1 hour north of Boston. LPC is comprised of spiritually gifted, mature believers and a trained professional staff. We seek a person who is committed to Jesus Christ, grounded in the Confessing Evangelical Reformed theology and who preaches Biblically based sermons. Strong leadership qualities are necessary to lead and provide pastoral care for our multigenerational congregation and manage a staff of 8 including an experienced Associate Pastor. Minimum qualifications are: Ordained PC(U.S.A.) pastor; Week 1 Interim training; 8+ years experience w/ one call as pastor/head of staff to 500+ member church and one interim call.
