• Provide oversight for the Student Ministries of LBC (i.e. Jr. High, High School, and College Students).

• Develop and lead a dynamic mid-week outreach program that focuses on exposing unsaved young people to the gospel of Jesus Christ (i.e. “Truth”).
• Preach to the young people weekly (i.e. once or twice depending on availability of other teachers). Visit the local public and Christian school campuses on a regular basis for the purpose of building relationships with students, teachers, coaches, etc.
• Provide biblical and practical counsel for students and their parents. Communicate regularly and meet quarterly with the parents (i.e. “Parent’s Meetings”).
