Job Description:
Ours is a contemporary, culturally relevant church located in a suburb of Richmond, Virginia. We are committed to providing a ministry that is sensitive to seekers and encourages believers to reach their full potential in God. With over 1200 regular attenders, we meet in a new, state-of-the-art building and provide creative, meaningful worship experiences in two services on Sunday mornings. We also provide numerous growth opportunities and small group meetings during the week.
We are currently seeking a Director of Children's Ministries, to oversee our thriving children's ministry (infants to 5th graders),now serving approximately 300 children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for children, coupled with an established track record of volunteer recruiting and training, as well as program planning and implementation. Creativity and strong administrative nd leadership skills are a must.

Paul's work includes arranging for groups like GLAD, Voices of Liberty, VoiceTrek, The Chicago based "Caroling Party" and Day of Discovery Singers. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
