Job Description:
Newberg Christian Church is a vibrant, dynamic, growing, non-denominational church located approximately 20 miles from Portland, Oregon. We currently have two services and have an average weekly attendance of 725 per Sunday. We are looking for a people-oriented, creative team player to lead our growing Worship and Creative Arts ministry.
This person must have strong leadership, organizational and pastor skills. This person must be a team builder who can recruit and train others to serve and lead in worship. They will also have oversight of growing the Creative Arts ministry (drama, video). They also must have working knowledge of the technical aspects related to worship ministry (sound, lights, video, worship software). Most importantly, they should be gifted in leading people into God’s presence through worship!

This is the debut album by EXW friend Paul Langford. Paul is a Chicago based singer, arranger, keyboardist, producer and conductor. Paul has a career that spans 14 years. Paul's work includes arranging for groups like GLAD, Voices of Liberty, VoiceTrek, The Chicago based "Caroling Party" and Day of Discovery Singers. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
