Director of High School Discipleship
Bel Air Presbyterian Church, a member of the PC(USA), is seeking a qualified person of faith, vision, and dedication to serve as our Director of High School Discipleship. In an exciting season of growth, the Director of High School Discipleship will oversee an expanding program that currently serves over 70 high school students, and employs 2 full-time paid staff and 20 volunteer staff. Responsibilities will include shepherding a community of disciples as they grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and equipping both paid and volunteer staff to minister to students. A mature, authentic relationship with Jesus Christ and a heart to reach out for Christ to high school students in Los Angeles is a must. Applicants should have student/family ministry experience and be gifted in leadership, program development, and pastoral care.
