Job Description:
Student ministries covers middle school through college. There is a full-time assistant. Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in student ministries with a church of 500 or more. Candidate must inspire and disciple a strong leadership team, disciple youth, reach unchurched youth of our community, provide pastoral care for youth and their families, lead weekly youth meetings, manage budgets/equipment, pursue continual personal/professional growth, and maintain a sense of ownership for health and success of the whole church. Reports directly to Lead Pastor but works closely with entire pastoral team.
