Apply for This Job Youth Minister and Adult Discipleship Pastor All Saints Anglican Church Weddington, NC Posted: June 19, 2018     Job Information: All Saints Anglican Church in Weddington, North Carolina is a growing congregation in the suburban Charlotte NC area. We are searching for a full time staffer who has the calling and ability do a variety of ministries. Approximately half of this job is taking leadership of our growing youth ministry. The other half of this job will be to assist the Rector by overseeing the assimilation, disciple-making and small group ministries of the parish, creating fellowship opportunities and providing staff support and vision for our mission and outreach teams. This person must have a joyful embrace of three stream ministry: +Biblical/evangelical- We warmly affirm, preach and teach the ultimate authority of scripture. +Sacramental/liturgical- We are a liturgical church. We affirm the sacraments of Baptism and Holy Eucharist as commanded by Christ and necessary for obedient discipleship and are looking for a person who knows and loves the Anglican Way. +Spirit filled-We affirm the ministry of the Holy Spirit in salvation, sanctification and in the ministry of the Church, acknowledging all the biblical gifts of the Spirit. We are looking for a theologically orthodox person who affirms Anglican essentials, has Christ-like character, embraces of the three stream vision, has a strong biblical teaching gift, zeal for the lost, a servant's heart and the ability to relate graciously to all sorts and conditions of folks. Good administrative skills are a must.
