Apply for This Job Worship Pastor House On The Rock Family Church Wind Gap, PA Posted: April 10, 2018     Job Information: FULL TIME SALARIED POSITION We are seeking an experienced self-motivated contemporary Worship Leader who has a HEART for JESUS and is filled with the Holy Spirit. This position would oversee the entirety of our worship and music ministry including sound board, lighting board, projectors etc. Must be able to plan and lead worship Vocally using a guitar or keyboard on Sunday morning and Wednesday evenings. Must be comfortable in front of our congregation of 300 members, encourages and leads them to worship Jesus Christ. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Plan and lead weekly worship Participates in weekly staff meetings Holds weekly worship team practices Prepares slides in pro-presenter 5 Recruits and hold auditions for new musicians / singers Manages our Website (Template Form) Manages worship teams members Helps prepare weekly video announcements Edits video of sermons and posts them online Participates in rotation of opening & closing the building Must be able to transition from one song to the next with proficiency.
