Fostering dynamic congregational worship, and singing the best of the old and best of the new Christian music. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Continue to grow and mature in one's faith in God. 2. Planning our weekly Sunday morning worship services. Choosing congregational hymns and contemporary Christian music that engages the congregation. 3. Mondeling and leading heartfelt worship in an invitational style- that draws people in and encourages participation and points people to Jesus Christ. 4.
