Western Springs Baptist Church (WSBC) is seeking a full-time Pastor of Family Ministries to assist in the spiritual care and development of the congregation by bringing passion, leadership and continuity to WSBC discipleship and evangelism efforts specifically focused on the younger generations. We are blessed with many talented and active volunteers and have created this new position to extend our ministries to serve the young families of the local community. The successful candidate for this position will display a passion to teach and lead the church. The applicant will have the training, education, and experience to cultivate family ministry excellence. The candidate must be able to lead, mobilize, teach, and direct a wide spectrum of congregational participants equipping them to minister to the body and to people needing the Savior in our communities. WSBC is an unaffiliated Baptist church (300-350 attendance) with a strong scriptural and evangelical emphasis, located in a western suburb of Chicago. Interested?
