We are a growing multi-site church in the suburbs of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The Director of Community Life is responsible for oversight of CrossPoint's initiatives that connect families (children, youth, adults) to the church. The person will utilize the strategy of Recruit, Train, Equip & Deploy, to help people live out our discipleship plan to GROW, GIVE, & LEAD in their faith. This position is located at the Colonial Park Campus, reports directly to the Vision Pastor, and serves as a resource person for ministry staff at all campuses.
